Task1

You have seen an advertisement recruiting new staff for the upcoming major cultural event in your city. Write a letter to the manager of the event and say

– What are the reasons you want to participate in?
– What kind of skills do you have for the event?
– What benefit do you want to get from this event?

Write at least 150 words.

Task2

Many parents are unhappy with the amount of violence in mobile games and many online videos. How harmful could this be to children? What could be done to tackle this problem?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge and experience.

Write at least 250 words.

1.Key Expressions

Task1: Because I am so interested in Korean traditional culture.

Task2:
-It could make children imitate them.
-Children can mimic the bad behaviors.
-We should make some safety program for children.

2.Skills

Task1: 구체적인 Event를 설명하는 부분이 관건입니다. 지나치게 고민하기 보다, 역사적인 기념행사(Historical event)나 전통 문화 행사(Traditional cultural event)로 잡는 것이 좋겠습니다.

Task2: Body1에는 모바일 게임과 인터넷 동영상이 얼마나 아이들에게 해롭다고 생각하는지 써주고, Body2에는 그 해결책을 써주시면 됩니다.


<심화문제>

Task1
동일한 질문을 Social event, Sporting event를 키워드로 연습해봅시다.

Task2
동일한 질문을 TV programs, Movies를 키워드로 연습해봅시다.
