우리나라에서 전자제품 수리할 때 흔히 말하는 AS 서비스를 말합니다. After Service는 영어권 국가에서 사용하지 않는 표현입니다.

-They are so different in terms of quality control about service.

*자영업자는 영어로 Self-employed people이라고 할 수 있습니다.

2.Skills

Part1에는 Beauty와 관련된 문제가 자주 출제됩니다. 특히 이를테면 TV나 ‘거울’과 같이 용도가 여러 가지로 쓰일 수 있는 물건에 대해서 여러분의 의견을 묻기도 합니다. 두 물건 다 집을 꾸미는 인테리어의 기능과 물건 본래의 기능을 다 가지고 있습니다.

Part2와 Part3의 토픽은 연결됩니다. 특히 고객 서비스와 관련된 내용이 자주 출제됩니다. 물건을 사는 상황에서 어떤 treat을 받고, 서비스에 따라서 어떤 기분을 느끼게 되는지를 구체적으로 말해주는 것이 좋습니다. 대처 방법으로 영어권 국가에서는 대체로 항의 이메일(Complaint letter)을 많이 보냅니다. 저도 한 번 보내봤는데, 정말 가끔 할인 쿠폰을 보내주는 경우가 있었습니다. 이렇게 나쁜 서비스가 비즈니스에 장기적으로 어떤 영향을 미칠지, 또 그런 문제를 해결하는 구체적인 방법은 무엇이 있을지 짚어주는 것이 좋습니다.
